Most of the Personal Information we process is information that you or someone acting on your behalf knowingly provides to us.

6. Duration of the data processing
In case you (or your company/institute), are a regular customer of Fujirebio, your Personal Information will be kept as long as you (or your company/institute) remain a regular customer.
In case you (your company / institute) are not a regular customer of Fujirebio, your Personal Information will be kept for a period of ten (10) years unless you inform us at any time that you prefer to be erased from our database. After expiration of this ten (10) year term, you ‘ll receive an e-mail from Fujirebio requiring you to update your Personal Information and reminding you (1) of the fact that your Personal Information is kept in our databases, and (2) of the rights you have as a data subject (amongst others: a right to rectification, a right to erasure, a right to restriction of use by Fujirebio).
All data acquired via online activity tracking (such as the use of cookies and IP-addresses) will be kept for no longer than three (3) years after such information was acquired.
7. Sensitive Information
Fujirebio will not request personal health care information from you via our Website. If you provide us with personal health care information in a request or any other communications, you understand that you are doing so on a voluntary basis and at your own risk.
8. Who do we pass your Personal Information to?
Within Fujirebio
Within the company Fujirebio, your Personal Information will be passed exclusively to the limited circle of individuals whose function requires access to these data. This could for example be the case for those individuals who are responsible for the customer relations within the geographic area where you or your company/institute is located, as well as their managers.
Within the group Fujirebio, your Personal Information may as well be passed on to employees or agents of Fujirebio’s affiliates, subsidiaries or group companies worldwide, to the extent the sharing of information is limited to the circle of individuals whose function requires access to these data (e.g. because of responsibility for customer relations in a certain geographical area).
In any event, Fujirebio confirms that these companies and individuals located in overseas areas or in regions/countries not belonging to the European Economic Area, will fully honour the limitations of the General Data Protection Regulation and Fujirebio’s own privacy policies.
To third parties
We do not share your Personal Information outside our group of companies with third parties. We will only disclose Personal Information to government bodies and law enforcement agencies, if required by law or to comply with judicial requests. We may also share Personal Information with external service providers who we engage to process Personal Information on our behalf.
